Initially designed to streamline the cumbersome process of submitting fabric sample requests by hand in showrooms, the HEWN app has transformed into an essential tool for sourcing, collaboration, and information sharing within the interior design community. This platform places the needs of interior designers at its core, facilitating seamless workflow and communication.

SOURCING

While exploring the showroom, users can easily engage with the app by selecting SAMPLE SCAN to begin their shopping experience. Requests are sent directly to the memo room for preparation, with options to either have samples ready for in-store pick-up or delivered to a specified location. Notifications are promptly sent to inform users when samples are ready, ensuring a smooth experience. Additionally, all requests and pricing details are archived within the app for easy access, allowing teams to revisit past selections or duplicate samples without hassle.

TEARSHEETS

Users can scan the QR codes found on price tags throughout the showroom to instantly save tear sheets to their designated projects, enabling efficient sharing with clients and colleagues for rapid feedback.

COMMUNITY

The app offers a secure space for professionals to connect and collaborate. Users can share their projects or seek assistance from the community on various topics. Whether in need of a wallpaper installer or curious about insights regarding specific lines or showrooms, members can leverage the collective knowledge of the community.
